Used for making desserts like tiramisu and trifle. Often layered with cream/ mascarpone
Since 2001, the Bonomi bakery has obtained certification of its quality system through the Certiquality body. In 2003, it adjusted its company system to comply with the new version of ISO:9001:2000 standards. Furthermore, since 2006 the company has obtained IFS (International Food Standard) and BRC-GSFS (Global Standard for Food Safety) international standards certification.
