Carecci Pomodori Pelati tipo San Marzano are whole peeled tomatoes of Italian origin, produced and packed in Italy, preserved in tomato juice with salt and citric acid. San Marzano type refers to the tomato style and does not indicate protected-origin San Marzano tomatoes

Use with Italian dishes that requires tomato sauce e.g.pizza base, pasta tomato based sauces etc.
