There are also certain types of specialty cheeses, caviar, and oils which are enhanced with the flavour of truffles. They come in two different variations which are – black and white, and can be enjoyed as a condiment over food, by simply shaving it or dicing it over food preparations. In addition, they can also be used for producing truffle salt and honey.
